2023-24
Cross Country – Finished in fourth place at the ASUN Cross Country Championships with a season-best 8K time of 24:29.8… clocked a personal-best 10K time of 29:12.4 to finish in eighth place at the NCAA Southeast Regional.
2022-23
Cross Country – Finished as a runner-up with a career-best 8K time of 23:24.80 at the ASUN Cross Country Championships... clocked a 10K time of 30:18.70 finishing in 27th place at the NCAA Southeast Regional.
Track and Field – Did not compete due to injury.
2021-22
Cross Country – Ran a career-best 5K time of 15:28.9 at the dual meet against Morehead State finishing in fourth place.
Track and Field – Finished fifth overall with a 3,000m time of 8:24.16 at the Jim Green Track & Field Invitational… posted a personal-best 3,000m time of 8:18.48 at the Music City Challenge finishing third overall… clocked a career-best 5,000m time of 14:14.88 at the Duke Invitational finishing seventh overall… won a gold medal with a personal-best 10,000m time of 29:49.33 at the ASUN Outdoor Track & Field Championships.
2020-21
Cross Country – Finished 28th at the OVC Cross Country Championships in March.
Track and Field – Scored points in both the steeplechase and the 5,000 meters at the OVC Outdoor Championships in May … finished fifth in the steeplechase on Friday of that weekend … doubled back and took sixth in the 5K on Saturday, clocking a time of 14:40.3.
2019-20
Cross Country – Named second team All-OVC after finishing fifth on the team and ninth overall at the OVC Championships … clocked an 8K time of 25:23.5 … his performance helped the Colonels to their 14th consecutive conference crown … placed fifth on the team and 89th overall at the NCAA Southeast Regional in November with a 10K time of 32:01.3 … finished third overall at his first-ever race, the RedHawk Rumble in September (8K time of 24:30.6) … ran a season-best 8K time of 24:26.39 at the Joe Piane Notre Dame Invitational in early October.
Track and Field – Did not compete.
Prior to EKU: A five-time Polish steeplechase champion (U18 and U20) ... was 8th in the steeplechase at the European Junior Championships.
Personal: Son of Adrianna and Dariusz Dworczak ... majoring in finance.
