AS A SENIOR IN 2023

AS A SOPHOMORE IN 2021
Played in all 53 games … started 52 times, all at shortstop … batted .189 with nine doubles, three home runs, 17 RBIs and 22 runs scored … had three stolen bases in five attempts … went 2-for-4 with two walks and three runs in Eastern’s win at No. 15 Georgia Tech … was 3-for-4 with a home run, two runs and an RBI against Austin Peay (April 3) ... earned a spot on the Ohio Valley Conference Commissioner’s Honor Roll.
AS A SOPHOMORE IN 2020
Started all 14 games at shortstop … third on the team with a .362 batting average … had 13 RBIs and 12 runs scored … was 4-for-6 on stolen base attempts … totaled seven doubles and a triple … .517 slugging percentage and a .422 on-base percentage … struck out just nine times in 58 at bats … tied for fourth in the Ohio Valley Conference in doubles … was 27th in the nation with 0.50 doubles per game … went 3-for-4 with a run and two RBIs in the series finale at Presbyterian (Feb. 16) … was 2-for-4 with an RBI in game two of the series at No. 11 LSU … had a 4-for-4 day with two runs and two RBIs against Siena College (March 1) ... earned a spot on the Ohio Valley Conference Commissioner’s Honor Roll.
AS A FRESHMAN IN 2019
Selected to the OVC All-Freshman Team … appeared in 57 games and started 52 times … started 31 times at third base, 16 times at shortstop, three times at first and twice at second … hit .302 with 37 runs, 11 doubles, seven home runs and 38 RBIs … had a .479 slugging percentage … led all players at the OVC Tournament with six runs scored, tied for first with a 1.000 slugging percentage, was second with two home runs, tied for second with four walks, tied for third with a .600 on-base percentage, was sixth with seven hits and ranked ninth with a .467 batting average … hit the go-ahead home run in the top of the ninth inning in an OVC Tournament opening round victory over No. 3 seed Morehead State (May 22) … was 4-for-7, with his first two collegiate home runs, three runs and five RBIs against Maryland Eastern Shore (Feb. 24) … had a 3-for-4 day with a walk and four runs scored against Tennessee-Martin (March 23) … went 3-for-4 with a home run, four runs scored and two RBIs in an OVC Tournament elimination game victory over Belmont (May 24).
HIGH SCHOOL
Played four years at Madison Central High School … helped the team to a region championship where he was named MVP of the region tournament … hit .450 as a senior and led the team to a 30-8 record.

Full name is Logan Matthew Thomason … son of Matt and Ashley Ratcliff, and David Thomason … has one brother – Griffin, and three sisters – Rowan, Summer and Daisy … majoring in sport management.
