AS A SENIOR IN 2022 AT EKU
Appeared in 19 games and started nine times … went 6-2 with a 6.88 ERA … struck out 54 batters over 52 and one-third innings … tied for fifth in the ASUN Conference in wins … picked up his first win after pitching four scoreless innings and allowing just two hits in a start against Kentucky State (Feb. 23) … struck out six and picked up the win after allowing one run on five hits in six innings against Dayton (March 2) … had a season-best eight strikeouts and earned the win at Jacksonville State (April 3) … earned the win against Jacksonville State (May 25) in the ASUN Tournament after pitching two innings of scoreless relief, with two hits and three strikeouts ... ASUN Conference Honor Roll.

AS A JUNIOR IN 2020 AT POST UNIVERSITY
Started twice … was 0-0 with a 5.79 ERA in four and two-thirds innings … struck out three and walked 12.
 
AS A SOPHOMORE IN 2019 AT PALM BEACH STATE COLLEGE
Pitched in 14 games … had a 2-0 record with a 6.07 ERA over 13 and one-third innings … struck out 16 batters.
 
AS A FRESHMAN IN 2017 AT TALLAHASSEE COMMUNITY COLLEGE
Made 10 appearances and two starts … went 1-1 with a 9.00 ERA … struck out 12 batters in 16 innings … drafted in the 40th round by the Baltimore Orioles in the 2017 MLB Draft.
 
HIGH SCHOOL
Went 7-4 as a senior at The Sagemont School in 2016, striking out 92 batters in 72 innings and posting a 1.85 ERA … earned first team All-Sun Sentinel and second team All-Miami Herald honors … chosen as the district pitcher of the year.

Full name is Niko Carlos Leontarakis … son of George and Maria Leontarakis … has one brother – Kosta, and three sisters – Stephanie, Alina and Lali … pursuing a master’s degree in exercise and sport science.
