Cross Country – Earned second team All-OVC honors after finishing 13^th overall and fourth on the team at the OVC Cross Country Championships … her performance helped the women capture their 14^th OVC title in the last 15 years.
Track and Field – Scored points with a sixth-place finish in the 5,000 meters at the OVC Outdoor Championships … ran a personal-best 17:39.2 in that race … also clocked a PB of 10:11.7 in the 3,000 meters during the indoor season.


2019-20
Cross Country – Delivered a big performance at the OVC Championships, finishing fourth on the team and 17^th overall to help the Colonels edge Eastern Illinois by six points to win their eighth straight conference title … placed eighth overall at the RedHawk Rumble in September with a 6K time of 22:48.9 … ran a season-best 5K time of 18:04.20 at the Joe Piane Notre Dame Invitational in October.
Track and Field – Placed 10^th in the 5,000 meters at the OVC Indoor Championships with a personal-best time of 17:43.91 … also recorded a PB in the 3,000 meters during the indoor season, clocking a 10:19.25 at the Thundering Herd Invitational in January.


2018-19
Cross Country – Finished 34^th at the OVC Championships with a 5K time of 18:55.0.
Track and Field – Placed 11^th in the 5,000 meters at the OVC Outdoor Championships, clocking a personal-best time of 17:47.0 … also ran a PB of 4:51.6 in the 1,500 meters during the outdoor season … ran personal-best times of 5:14.7 for the mile and 10:27.3 for the 3,000 meters during the indoor season.


Prior to EKU: Competed at Wheeling Park High School in West Virginia ... holds personal best times of 2:23 for 800m; 5:08.06 for one mile; and 18:18.50 for 5,000m (cross country).
