Cross Country – Ran 16:16 for 4K at the EKU vs. Morehead State Dual Meet in January.
Track and Field – Finished 15th in the 800 meters at the OVC Outdoor Championships in May, clocking a time of 2:19.7 … ran a season-best time of 2:18.3 in the 800 meters at the Kentucky Invitational in April.
2019-20
Cross Country – Ran 21:04.9 in the 5K at the season-opening Queen City Invitational in August.
Track and Field – Clocked a season-best time of 2:21.12 in the 800 meters at the Marshall Invitational in February.
Prior to EKU: Ran 2:17 in the 800 meters at Vandalia-Butler High School in Ohio ... also played basketball in high school.
