Cross Country – Ran an 8K time of 24:04.10 at the Live in Lou Classic finishing in 25^th place… posted an 8K time of 24:02.20 at the XC 23 Invitational… finished in 11^th place with a career-best 8K time of 23:52.90 at the ASUN Cross Country Championships.
Track and Field – Finished in second place in the steeplechase with a time of 9:00.73 at the Jim Green Invitational… posted a season-best steeplechase time of 8:59.19 finishing in sixth place at the ASUN Outdoor Track and Field Championships.

At Texas A&M Commerce: Won the 3,000m steeplechase event at the 2021 Texas Relays... ran a personal-best 5,000m time of 14:14.80 while winning the race at the East Texas Invitational... finished 12th overall in the 3,000m steeplechase event at the 2022 NCAA Division II Outdoor Track and Field Championships.
