Indoor – Won the 600 at the Centre Invitational (1:38.99) … placed 3rd in the DMR at the ASUN Championships (11:43.08). 
Outdoor – Ran a personal best in the 800 at the Raleigh Relays (2:08.45) … placed 2nd in the 1500 at the EKU Spring Invitational (4:35.80) … finished 4th in the 800 at the ASUN Championships (2:10.51).

2023-24
Cross Country – Finished 9th at the EKU Tri-Meet in the 4K with a personal best (15:12.0) … ran a personal best in the 6K at the NCAA Southeast Regional (22:37.6).
Indoor – Placed 2nd in the 1000 at the Commonwealth Opener with a personal best (2:56.85) … finished 3rd in the 800 at the Bellarmine Open (2:16.60) … member of the 4x400 relay team that finished 3rd (4:03.42).
Outdoor – Set a personal best in the 400 at the EKU Spring Invitational (59.54), finishing 7th … finished 1st in the 800 at the Rick Erdmann Twilight (2:10.18) … placed 6th in the 800 at the ASUN Championships with a personal best (2:08.94).

Cross Country – Ran a personal-best 5K of 18:22.6 at the North Alabama Showcase … posted a personal-best 4K of 15:36.0 at the EKU Tri-Meet.
Indoor – Set a personal best in the 800 (2:13.90) at the PNC Lenny Lyles Invitational … ran a personal-best 600 (1:35.81) at the Music City Challenge.
Outdoor – Won the 1500 at the Don McGarey Invitational (4:39.53) … posted personal bests in the 800 (2:11.77) and the 1500 (4:34.34) at the ASUN Championships … clocked a personal-best 400 of 59.58 at the Don McGarey Invitational.
