• State-of-the-art three court beach-only facility has been the home of Colonel beach volleyball matches since 2021
• The courts feature naturally weathered silica from Short Mountain Silica in Tennessee that is clean, washed, and free of loam, clay, organic matter, and other foreign substances meeting all NCAA requirements for Division I competition.
• Includes Sports Imports Beach2 volleyball standards and officials stands
• Fully enclosed sports netting 25 feet high to keep balls within the complex
• Decorative fencing fully encloses the facility
• Spectator seating with intimate access to the competition
• Located adjacent to Alumni Coliseum and the Student Recreation Center, the beach volleyball complex gives the Colonels a world-class facility to train and compete year round
• Lighting at the facility allows for play at night
• The team locker room is just a few steps off the court inside Alumni Coliseum
• The first match was played at the facility on April 20, 2021 against Morehead State
