Nathan Finn joined the baseball program as director of player personnel in August of 2019.
Finn spent the past two as an assistant coach at Midway University. He worked with the Eagles’ pitchers – developing and maintaining warm-up routines, managing throwing programs, assisting during team practice, preparing pregame scouting reports and managing the bullpen.
From 2014 to 2016 Finn worked at 108 Performance Academy where he was responsible for mechanical development and strength development for pitchers.
The Riverside, California native played collegiately at Chaffey College (2013-15) and the University of the Cumberlands (2015-17).
Finn earned a bachelor’s of arts degree in public health from Cumberlands in 2019.
