AS A SOPHOMORE IN 2021
Played in 24 games and started eight times … hit .129 with six runs scored … had three walks … was 2-for-4 on stolen bases … went 1-for-3 with a double at Eastern Illinois (April 9) ... earned a spot on the Ohio Valley Conference Commissioner’s Honor Roll.

AS A SOPHOMORE IN 2020
Played in 10 games and started three times … hit .462 with four runs and two RBIs … had a two doubles … posted a .615 slugging percentage … went 2-for-3 with a run and an RBI against Norfolk State (March 8) ... earned a spot on the Ohio Valley Conference Commissioner’s Honor Roll.

AS A FRESHMAN IN 2019
Appeared in 21 games … made five starts, four in the outfield and one at designated hitter … hit .333 in 24 at bats … scored nine runs and had five RBIs … walked seven times and struck out only twice … had a .500 on-base percentage … three stolen bases in three attempts … went 2-for-5 with three runs and two RBIs against Maryland Eastern Shore (Feb. 22) … was 3-for-5 with three runs and an RBI in another game against Maryland Eastern Shore (Feb. 24) ... earned a spot on the Ohio Valley Conference Commissioner’s Honor Roll.

HIGH SCHOOL
Played at Carroll High School … helped lead his team to a 35-6 record and state championship his senior year … was named first team all-district and hit .349 as a senior … hit .312 as a junior while helping his team go 32-11.

Full name is Marcus Hill … son of Ken and Lorrie Hill … has one brother – Kenny … his brother played football at TCU … his dad played baseball for the Rangers, Expos, and Angels … majoring in marketing.
