Gaston Glasscock joined the EKU baseball program as director of operations in the summer of 2023.
In 2024, Glasscock was part of a staff that helped the Colonels reach the Atlantic Sun Conference Tournament for the third straight season.
Glasscock served as the director of operations at Western Kentucky University from 2015 to 2021. He was the fiscal manager of the team’s operating budget, directed all logistical aspects of team travel, managed team inventory, supervised student managers and was the recruitment coordinator for prospective players and their families.
From August of 2021 to the summer of 2023, Glasscock served as an assistant coach with the Breckinridge County High School team. In June of 2022, he joined Prep Baseball Report Kentucky as director of analytics. Glasscock was responsible for Trackman setup and operation for showcases and games, setup and operation of Swift Performance Technology, and promoted high school baseball players throughout Kentucky and nationally.
Glasscock earned a bachelor’s of science in sports management at Western Kentucky in 2013. He completed a bachelor’s of science degree in finance at WKU in 2015. Glasscock served as a student assistant and manager with the Hilltopper baseball program during his time as a student from 2012 to 2015.
