Joined the Colonels for the 2025 season ... Ran his first collegiate race at the Gans Creek Classic finishing 33rd in 23:08.05 on the 8K championship course. The freshman ran his second and third fastest splits coming over the final two kilometers. Out of 48 freshmen running, Kimutai was the third-highest finisher.
