Outdoor – Competed in seven races … placed 1st in the 3000 at the EKU Spring Invitational (8:30.51) … placed 1st in the 5000 at the Jim Vargo Bellarmine Invitational (14:36.20) … ran a personal best in the 5000 at the Jim Green Invitational (14:20.56).

2023-24
Cross Country – Posted a season-best 8K time of 24:50.3 at the Virginia Invitational … finished 15th at the ASUN Championships with a time of 24:56.8.
Indoor – Placed 8th in the 5000 at the ASUN Championships (14:34.19) … set a personal best of 8:19.77 in the 3000 to finish 20th at ASUNs.
Outdoor – Did not compete.

2022-23
Cross Country – Finished 5th at the EKU Tri-Meet (15:45.5, 5K) … ran a personal-best five-mile time of 25:01.3 at the Joe Piane Invitational … clocked a career-best 8K time of 24:05.5 at the Panorama Farms Invitational.
Indoor – Posted a personal-best mile time of 4:22.55 at the Rod McCravy Invite … placed 9th in the 5000 at the ASUN Championships (14:38.80).
Outdoor – Ran a personal-best 10,000 of 30:19.57 at the Flames Invitational … recorded personal bests in the 1500 (4:01.18) and 3000 (8:26.11) at the Jim Green Invitational … placed 8th in the 10,000 (30:58.78) and 6th in the 5000 (14:32.58) at the ASUN Outdoor Championships.

2021-22
Cross Country – Finished 9th at the dual meet against Morehead State (16:10.4, 5K) … ran a personal-best 5K of 15:11.3 at the Furman Invitational … competed at the NCAA Southeast Region Championships in the 10K (31:40.5).
Indoor – Finished 10th in the 3000 at the 2022 Jim Green Track & Field Invitational (8:29.11).
Outdoor – Finished 2nd in the 3000 at the Weems Baskin Relays (8:47.75) ... placed 3rd in the 3000 at the Kentucky Invitational (8:43.29).

Son of Candi and Preston Staude … has two brothers (Kobe and Luke) and two sisters (Gracie and Emma) … enjoys photography and videography … chose EKU for the opportunity to study marketing while competing in cross country … pursuing an MBA in marketing.
