Cross Country – Named OVC Male Runner of the Week after placing 3rd at the Queen City Invitational with a 5K time of 15:15.2 … finished 16th at the OVC Championships (25:33.1, 8K) … competed at the NCAA Southeast Region Championships, finishing 6th on the team with a 10K time of 33:05.5 … ran a season-best 8K of 25:28.7 at the Joe Piane Invitational.
Indoor – Won the mile at the OVC Championships with a personal-best 4:13.95 … helped EKU to a silver medal in the distance medley relay (10:08.16) at OVCs … posted a personal-best 3000 time of 8:19.99 at the Hoosier Hills Invite.

Prior to EKU
Three-time Kentucky 1A state cross country champion … won the 800, 1600 and 3200 at the 2019 Kentucky 1A Track & Field Championships.
