2020-21
Cross Country – Earned second team All-OVC honors after finishing 10th overall and third on the team at the OVC Cross Country Championships ... her performance helped the Colonels win their 14th conference title in the last 15 years.
Track and Field – Scored a point with an eighth place performance in the 10,000 meters at the OVC Outdoor Championships (39:55.35) … also took 13^th in the 5,000 meters at the outdoor championships.


2019-20
Cross Country – Did not compete
Track and Field – Scored points with a fifth-place finish in the 5,000 meters at the OVC Indoor Championships, clocking a time of 17:12.89 … finished ninth in the 3,000 meters at the OVC indoors (10:06.31).


2018-19
Cross Country – Named first team All-OVC after finishing as the runner-up at the OVC Championships (17:15.9) … her performance helped lead the Colonels to their 12^th OVC title in the last 13 years … earned NCAA All-Southeast Region honors after placing 10^th out of 245 competitors at the regional meet with a personal-best 6K time of 20:17.5.
Track and Field – Won gold in the 10,000 meters at the OVC Outdoor Championships in May, clocking a personal-best time of 36:13.9 … that time puts her at No. 5 all-time at EKU in the 10K … followed that up by taking OVC bronze in the 5,000 meters two days later with a time of 17:11.6 … did not compete during the indoor season.


2017-18
Cross Country – Finished third overall at the OVC Championships, earning first team All-OVC honors with a season-best 5K time of 17:23.5 … placed third on the team and 34^th out of 257 competitors at the NCAA Southeast Region Championships with a 6K time of 21:23.4 … her performance helped the Colonels finish third and earn their first-ever berth in the NCAA Championships … finished third on the team and 156^th overall at the NCAA Championships with a 6K mark of 21:08.05.
Track and Field – Scored points with a fourth-place finish in the 10,000 meters at the OVC Outdoor Championships on May 10, clocking a personal-best time of 37:01.5 … was a big factor at the OVC Indoor Championships in February, taking bronze in the 5,000 meters (17:18.01) and fifth in the 3,000 meters (10:07.27) … ran a PB of 9:59.1 in the 3,000 meters at the Chipotle Marshall Invitational during the indoor season.


2016-17:
Cross Country – Voted OVC Female Freshman of the Year … earned first team All-OVC honors after finishing fourth at the conference championships with a season-best 5K time of 17:23.0 … finished 66^th overall at the NCAA Southeast Region Championships with a 6K time of 22:02.0 … notched the second-fastest 5K time (17:15.5) and the seventh-fastest 6K time (21:31.0) in the OVC during the regular season.
Track and Field – Ran a personal-best time of 16:58.0 in the 5,000 meters at the Raleigh Relays in March … also clocked a PR of 4:42.9 in the 1,500 meters during the outdoor season … scored a point with an eighth-place finish in the 5,000 meters at the OVC Outdoor Championships … was a member of EKU’s silver medal-winning distance medley relay team at the OVC Indoor Championships in February (11:51.5) … also notched a ninth-place finish in the mile and a 14^th place finish in the 3,000 meters at the indoor championships.
