2016-17
Cross Country – Earned second team All-OVC honors after finishing 14^th at the conference championships with an 8K time of 25:43.1 … helped the EKU men secure their 11^th consecutive OVC crown … ran a season-best 8K time of 24:54.4 at the Bluegrass Invitational in September.
Track and Field – Won the 1,500 meters at Louisville’s Lenny Lyles/Clark Wood Invitational, outdueling NCAA steeplechase champ Edwin Kibichiy with a season-best time of 3:46.8 … that was the fastest 1,500 meters time in the conference all season … was named OVC Male Track Athlete of the Week for his performance in that race … scored points with a seventh-place finish in the 800 meters at the OVC Outdoor Championships … won the 800 meters with a season-best time of 1:52.9 at the Hilltopper Relays on April 8 … notched a fourth-place finish in the half-mile at the OVC Indoor Championships in February (1:53.8).

2015-16:
Cross Country – Finished second at EKU’s season-opening Kentucky Twilight on Sept. 1, clocking a 4K time of 11:51.0 … missed the rest of the cross country season with an injury.
Track and Field – A member of EKU’s gold medal winning distance medley relay team at the OVC Indoor Championships on Feb. 27 … won silver in the mile at the OVC Indoor Championships, clocking a time of 4:14.5 … also scored points with a sixth-place finish in the 800 meters (1:56.0) at OVC indoors … ran a personal-best 4:05.3 for the mile at the Iowa State Classic on Feb. 12 … clocked a personal-best 1:51.4 in the prelims of the 800 meters at the OVC Outdoor Championships on May 13 … scored points with a seventh-place finish in the finals with a time of 1:56.5 … finished fifth in the 1,500 meters at OVC outdoor with a time of 3:52.12.

2014-15:
Cross Country – Earned second team All-OVC honors after finishing 12^th at the OVC Championships with a season-best 8K time of 24:50.91 … his performance helped the EKU men’s team win its ninth consecutive conference title.
Track and Field – Qualified for the NCAA East Regional with a PR of 3:45.72 in the 1,500 meters, which he ran at the Virginia Challenge on April 18 … that time is the third-fastest 1,500 meters time in EKU history … finished 33rd in the 1,500 meters at the regional meet with a time of 3:53.48 ... scored points with a sixth-place finish in the 1,500 meters at the OVC Outdoor Championships with a time of 3:53.25 ... named the OVC Male Indoor Freshman of the Year in February ... played a huge role at the OVC Indoor Championships, finishing third in the mile (4:14.56) and fourth in the 800 meters (season-best 1:52.39) … was also a member of the distance medley relay team that took silver at the conference championships … ran a season-best 4:07.09 in the mile at the Iowa State Classic on Feb. 13 … named the OVC Indoor Male Track Athlete of the Week on Feb. 4 after winning the 800 meters (1:54.5) and mile (4:10.21) at the Thundering Herd Invitational.
