Indoor – Made his debut at the Vanderbilt Invitational, running a personal best in the 3000 (8:12.16) … competed in the 5000 at the Boston University David Hemery Valentine Invitational (14:13.99).
Outdoor – Competed in the 3000S at the SEC Outdoor Championships (9:16.54) … lowered his personal best in the 3000S to 8:54.79 at the Wake Forest Invitational … ran 8:56.54 in the 3000S at the Raleigh Relays.

2023-24 (UT-Martin)
Indoor – Placed 3rd in both the 3000 and 5000 at the OVC Indoor Championships … finished 2nd in the 3000 at Hoosier Hills (8:28.46) … won the USA Jaguar Invitational in the 5000 (14:30.09) … ran a personal-best 3000 at the Bellarmine Open.
Outdoor – Finished 4th in the 5000 at the OVC Championships (14:42.98) … placed Top 5 at the Drake Relays (14:08.50) … ran a personal-best 1500 at the Joe Walker Invitational (3:56.86).

2022-23 (UT-Martin)
Cross Country – Earned All-OVC First Team honors after placing 7th at the OVC Championships … ran a personal-best 8K of 24:17.5 at the Louisville Classic (2nd) … won the Golden Eagle Invitational (25:42.0).
Indoor – Took 2nd in the 3000 at the OVC Indoor Championships … ran a personal-best mile at the Bellarmine Open.
Outdoor – Finished 2nd in the 5000 at the OVC Outdoor Championships (14:58.62) … placed 2nd in the 5000 at the Music City Challenge … ran a personal-best 1500 at the Joey Haines Invite (3:59.49).
