Taylor Miller Randall joined Eastern Kentucky University as Athletics Partnership and Development Coordinator in January of 2022.  
Prior to EKU, Taylor was at High Point University as director of marketing – sales. She oversaw corporate partnerships and marketing operations for volleyball, cross country,  men's and women's lacrosse, and track and field, and shared the lead for men's and women's basketball. During her tenure at HPU, Taylor was able to excel in corporate partnerships adding a total of 48% new corporate partners and brought in revenue of over $275,000. In year one, she increased total attendance for women’s basketball by 53%, men’s lacrosse by 5%, and volleyball by 8%. In year two, Miller Randall increased total attendance for volleyball by 26%. For average attendance, she Increased volleyball by 66.2%, women’s lacrosse by 5%, men’s lacrosse by 5%, men’s basketball by 11%, and women’s basketball by 31% in year one.   Miller Randall was the director of marketing for the Forest City Owls, a Coastal Plain League collegiate baseball program, for the 2016 and 2017 seasons, where she helped increase attendance by 40% and overall revenue by 20%. Previously, she served as an athletic marketing intern at Gardner-Webb in 2015.   Prior to joining the Colonel family, Miller Randall was a patron services coordinator at the Lyric Theatre and Cultural Arts Center in Lexington, Ky.   Miller earned a bachelor’s degree in integrated marketing communications from the University of West Alabama in 2014, where she played softball for the Tigers. She received a master’s of business administration with a concentration in hospitality and tourism from Gardner-Webb in 2017. Taylor resides in Richmond, KY with her husband, EKU strength and conditioning coach, Josh Randall.
