The Book on Holland – One of the most dedicated players on the team … possesses tremendous work ethic and desire … a strong quarterback that can make all of the throws … has a firm grasp of the offense … great things are expected of him in 2008. 

At EKU – 2007: OVC Offensive Player of the Year … College Sporting News National Player of the Week and OVC Offensive Player of the Week for Oct. 7 … played in all 12 games while starting the final 11 contests … set a program record by going 201 pass attempts without an interception midway through the season … averaged 165.8 passing yards per game, third most in the league … first Colonel quarterback to finish with a completion percentage above 60 percent in 10 years … threw for a career-high 361 yards against Southeast Missouri on Oct. 13 … completed 68.2 percent (30-of-44) of his passes for 321 yards and two scores at Eastern Illinois on Oct. 6 … threw for two scores and ran for another in the win at Austin Peay (Nov. 10) … completed four passes longer than 50 yards on the season including a 72-yard touchdown toss to Quinton Williams at Murray State (Oct. 27) … ran for 62 yards against Tennessee State on Oct. 20. 2006: Saw action in seven games while splitting duties as the top quarterback in the final four contests … led the Colonels to a come-from-behind 27-21 win at Southeast Missouri on Oct. 21 … threw for a season-high 197 yards at SEMO while completing 15-of-20 passes in the second half … tossed two touchdown passes against Murray State on Nov. 4 including a 46-yard screen play to Bobby Washington … completed 73.3 percent (11-of-15) of his passes in the season finale versus Tennessee State … finished with 160 passing yards against the Tigers … tallied four completions greater than 30 yards on the season. 

At Wake Forest – 2005: Played in one game and attempted one pass. 2004: Redshirted the season as a true freshman. 

High School – Amassed 7,100 passing yards in his career with a school-record 76 touchdowns as a four-year starter … honorable mention all-state honors … named the District 3A Player of the Year … ranked in the top 10 percent of his academic class.
