Jayden Jobe joined the EKU coaching staff ahead of the 2026 season as the assistant defensive secondary coach.

Jobe came to Richmond after spending the 2025 season with Cumberland University (Tenn.) as a graduate assistant.

Jobe was a linebacker for the Phoenix from 2021-2024 recording 45 total tackles over 32 games played.

A native of Lebanon, Tennessee, he holds a Bachelor's and Master's degree from Cumberland in Criminal Justice and Public Service.
