Dillon was named to the EKU coaching staff in 2024 as the assistant defensive backs coach.
He is three-year veteran of the NFL with the Houston Texans and Arizona Cardinals after a standout career at West Virginia where he recorded 113 tackles, five interceptions, 20 passes defended, and one forced fumble in his final two seasons with the Mountaineers.
As a coach, Dillon began his career in 2019 as the defensive backs coach at Ryle High School, his last stop before joining the Colonels was from 2022-2023 as the defensive coordinator and defensive backs coach at Oak Ridge High School in Florida.
