Tre’ Bell joined the EKU football program as a defensive quality control coach in the summer of 2018.
Bell was the defensive backs coach for Westside High School in Newark, New Jersey during the spring of 2018. He assisted in scheme development and practice management.
The Union, New Jersey native began his collegiate football career at Vanderbilt and totaled 33 tackles in 20 games with the Commodores. The defensive back finished his career in 2017 at Connecticut, playing in 12 games and ranking sixth on the team with 49 tackles. He also had one interception and forced three fumbles.
Bell completed a bachelor’s degree in communications at the University of Connecticut in May 2018.
