Played in nine games … started the season playing linebacker, but moved to defensive end late in the season … finished with six tackles, 2.5 tackles for a loss and 0.5 sacks … recorded a half sack in a Homecoming victory over Tennessee-Martin (Oct. 21).

A first team all-state honoree by the Associated Press … second team all-state by the Louisville Courier-Journal … two-star rated recruit by 247Sports.com which also ranks him as the No. 97 linebacker in the nation and No. 15 player in the state … Rivals.com and Scout.com rated O'Bryan as a two-star prospect … a first team all-tristate honoree by the Herald-Dispatch … prepped at Ashland Paul Blazer High School for coach Tony Love … helped the Tomcats to a 9-3 record and a second round appearance in the KHSAA 4A state playoffs … led the state with 109 total tackles and also had 16 tackles for loss with a pair of sacks and forced three fumbles his senior season … also added a fumble recovery and interception, three pass breakups and scored on a safety to go along with two receiving touchdowns.
