AS A REDSHIRT SOPHOMORE IN 2019
Second team Academic All-America®, as selected by the College Sports Information Directors of America (CoSIDA) … earned second team All-Ohio Valley Conference recognition by coaches and communications directors, and Phil Steele … chosen to the 2019 Academic All-District® Team, as selected by CoSIDA … appeared in 10 games, starting 10 times at right tackle … helped EKU rush for 2,468 yards, the second-most in the past 17 seasons by an Eastern Kentucky team … the Colonels led the OVC and ranked 20th in FCS football with 205.5 rushing yards per game … over the final six games of the season, the offensive line allowed only three sacks … started on the offensive line against Tennessee State and aided a running attack that churned out 379 yards, averaging nine yards per rush ... earned the Ohio Valley Conference Medal of Honor, which is given annually to the student-athletes that achieve the highest grade point average in a conference-sponsored sport ... earned a spot on the Ohio Valley Conference Commissioner’s Honor Roll.

AS A REDSHIRT FRESHMAN IN 2018
Played in all 11 games on the offensive line … back-up at right tackle and left tackle throughout the season … helped EKU rush for 2,246 yards, the most in one season since 2014 and over 1,000 yards more than in 2017 … played on the offensive line when the Colonels rushed for 404 yards in the season-opener against Morehead State (Aug. 30), the most in one game since August 28, 2014 ... earned the Ohio Valley Conference Medal of Honor, which is given annually to the student-athletes that achieve the highest grade point average in a conference-sponsored sport ... earned a spot on the Ohio Valley Conference Commissioner’s Honor Roll.
