Three-time first team academic all-state in football, baseball and basketball at Nicholas County High School … first team all-district, first team all-conference and district player of the year as a senior in 2018 … had 1,663 rushing yards and 27 rushing touchdowns, and passed for 760 yards and seven touchdowns as a senior … first team all-conference and first team all-district as a junior after rushing for 840 yards and 12 touchdowns, throwing for 230 yards and two touchdowns, and catching eight passes for 190 yards and two touchdowns … three-time honorable mention all-state as a member of the Blue Jackets’ baseball team.
