2013 Scouting Report – Will line up in a variety of positions, from tight end to h-back, around the offensive line … has steadily improved as a pass receiving threat.

At EKU – 2012: Saw playing time in seven games with five starts at tight end … missed the final two games with an injury … tallied at least one reception in six contests … hauled in a key third down reception at UT Martin on Sept. 29 which led to a third quarter touchdown … led team with four receptions at Tennessee State on Oct. 6 … all four catches resulted in first downs … picked up a 35-yard reception in the second quarter against Austin Peay on Oct. 13. 2011: Played in 11 games with three starts at tight end … missed the Missouri State game (Sept. 10) with a concussion … registered a reception in five games … hauled in his first collegiate catch in the fourth quarter against Southeast Missouri on Oct. 15 … recorded a 22-yard reception in the third quarter versus UT Martin on Nov. 19. 2010: Played in nine games with three starts at tight end … did not record any stats. 2009: Took a redshirt season.

High School – Twice earned all-area honors as a tight end and defensive end for Brentsville District High … team captain and MVP … also wrestled as a prepster and finished as a state runner-up in the 215-lb. weight class.
