Ward was promoted to Director of Football Equipment at EKU in July of 2026.

She had served as the Assistant Director of Equipment as a full-time staff member in January of 2026 after serving as a student-worker with the equipment team from 2022 through the 2025 season earning the Roy Kidd Manager of the Year Award in 2024.

A native of Henry County, she holds a B.S. in Sports Management from EKU with a Minor in Business which she earned in 2025.
