Dwyan Luckey was hired as EKU's offensive quality control coach in July of 2023.
Prior to arriving in Richmond, Luckey served as the running backs coach at the University of the Cumberlands. Before that, he spent four seasons at Mississippi Valley State, where he served running backs coach, tight ends coach, special teams coordinator, and recruiting and camp coordinator.
Luckey also worked as the running backs coach for Virginia Union in 2017 and Limestone in 2015. In between, he spent two years as a coach for high schools near his hometown of Concord, North Carolina.
In 2014, Luckey was as an offensive assistant at Catawba College. He also served as an offensive graduate assistant for one season at North Carolina A&T State University, and worked stints as a graduate assistant coach and student assistant at Western Carolina University.
A native of Concord, North Carolina, Luckey holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Sport Management from Western Carolina University.
