Sam Smith joined the EKU football program as its video coordinator in the spring of 2019.

Smith spent two seasons (2017 and 2018) working as a student football video operations assistant.  He was responsible for filming all games and practices and setting up meeting rooms for coaches’ film.

Smith played for Miami for two seasons (2014 and 2015).  He earned a bachelor’s of arts degree in media and culture at Miami in December of 2018.  Smith is the son of Franklin and Julie Smith.
