2009 Scouting Report – Loves to play the game and is a hitter … should be a significant contributor on special teams … possible spot play at safety and nickel situations.

At EKU – 2008: Took a redshirt season.

High School – A three-year varsity standout for the Explorers … compiled 55 tackles, three interceptions, 10 pass break-ups and five fumble recoveries as a senior … a two-year captain … 2007 All-Dade County honoree … selected to Dade-Broward all-star game … also ran track for three seasons.

Personal – Son of Kathy Clarington … born on Dec. 18, 1989 … his cousin, Asante Samuels, is a defensive back for the Philadelphia Eagles.
