College Basketball Invitational (CBI) All-Tournament Team … broke the EKU single season records for blocks (94) and blocks per game (2.54) … had the fifth-most blocks in one season in ASUN Conference history and his average was 10th-highest in league history … played in all 37 games and started 36 times … averaged 9.9 points, 7.5 rebounds and 2.54 blocks per game … shot 64 percent from the field … was first in the ASUN in blocks per game, rebounds per game and offensive rebounds per game (3.16) … ranked fourth in the NCAA in total blocks, seventh in blocks per game, 30th in offensive boards per game and 52nd in total rebounds (278) … averaged 18 points, 11 rebounds and 3.0 blocks while shooting 64 percent in four CBI games … had a career-best and program record eight blocks against Queens (Dec. 31), tied for the third most by any player in the nation during the 2022-23 season … was chosen as the ASUN Newcomer of the Week on Jan. 16 after averaging 13 points, 11 rebounds and four blocks while shooting 69 percent from the field and 100 percent at the free throw line in two EKU wins … with four blocks in EKU’s win over first place Kennesaw State (Feb. 4), he broke Nick Mayo’s program single season record of 55 set in 2018-19 … blocked six shots, grabbed eight rebounds and also scored 12 points in EKU’s ASUN Tournament victory over North Alabama (Feb. 28) … set career-highs for points (20), rebounds (17), minutes (34), field goals (8) and field goals attempted (16) in the CBI overtime win against Cleveland State (March 19) … set new career-highs for points (31), field goals (14), field goals attempted (17) and minutes played (40) in the CBI semifinal win over Southern Utah (March 21), was the second time in three CBI games Cozart set a new career high … recorded his seventh double-double of the season, and third straight in the CBI, with a career-high 31 points to go along with 13 rebounds and four blocks against Southern Utah (March 21).
AS A SOPHOMORE IN 2021-22 AT WESTERN KENTUCKY UNIVERSITY
Played in 18 contests … averaged 1.3 points and 1.5 rebounds in 5.9 minutes per game … scored season-high nine points with five rebounds against Alabama A&M (Nov. 24) … had eight points, three rebounds and a season-high three blocks against Centre College in just nine minutes … pulled down five rebounds at Marshall (March 2) … blocked three shots at Middle Tennessee (Feb. 26).
AS A FRESHMAN IN 2020-21 AT WESTERN KENTUCKY UNIVERSITY
Appeared in 11 games … averaged 1.6 points and 2.0 rebounds while playing 6.0 minutes per game … shot 64.3 percent (9 of 14) from the field … grabbed eight offensive rebounds on the season … blocked five total shots … scored a career-high six points on 3-of-3 shooting with four rebounds against FIU (Feb. 28) … tallied four points, four rebounds, a block and a steal in 11 minutes versus Tennessee Tech (Dec. 22).
AS A FRESHMAN IN 2019-20 AT WESTERN KENTUCKY UNIVERSITY
Made appearances in 19 games for WKU and averaged 4.7 minutes per contest … averaged 0.7 points and 0.9 rebounds per game … had five blocks and two steals … set a season-high with 13 minutes played at FIU (March 7) … played for the first time since Nov. 23 at Middle Tennessee on Jan. 11, scoring two points on a dunk in nine minutes … scored his first college basket on a jump hook against Tennessee Tech (Nov. 5).
