2013-14:
Cross Country - Helped the EKU men win their first-ever NCAA Southeast Region Championship by finishing 19th overall at the regional meet with a 10K time of 29:40.7 … earned All-Southeast Region honors for his efforts … finished 215th at the NCAA Cross Country Championships in Terre Haute, Ind., where the Colonels recorded their best-ever national finish (15th) … earned first team All-OVC honors after finishing third at the conference championships with an 8K time of 24:35.97.
Track and Field – Earned silver in the 5,000 meters at the OVC Outdoor Championships with a time of 14:54.13 … also placed second in the 3,000-meter steeplechase at the outdoor championships in 9:14.64 … Scored points with a fifth-place finish in the 5,000 meters at the OVC Indoor Championships, logging a time of 15:07.13 … ran a season-best 14:35.37 in the 5,000 meters at the Rod McCravy Memorial.

2012-13:
Cross Country – 
Emerged as one of the top runners in the region in his first season of cross country at EKU … came on strong at the end of the regular season, most notably finishing first on the team and 10th out of 316 competitors at the loaded Wisconsin Adidas Invitational with an 8K time of 23:36, the fast 8K time recorded in the OVC all season … earned USTFCCCA All-Southeast Region honors after finishing 15th at the NCAA Southeast Region Championships with a 10K time of 30:29.91, all despite a nagging injury that forced him to miss the NCAA Cross Country Championships a week later … was named the OVC Male Cross Country Runner of the Week twice during the fall: after the Wisconsin Adidas Invitational and after finishing third out of 197 runners to lead EKU to a win in the gold race of the Vanderbilt Commodore Classic.
Track and Field – Did not compete due to injuries.

2011-12
Track and Field
 – Named a second team All-American in the 3,000-meter steeplechase after finishing 16th in that event with a time of 8:48.17 at the NCAA Outdoor Track and Field Championships … qualified for the NCAA Championships by winning his heat with a personal-best time of 8:37.04, the fastest time of any steeplechase qualifier (east or west region), at the NCAA East Region Preliminary Championships … that time smashed the 42-year old school steeplechase record of 8:44.7, set by Ken Silvious in 1977 … was a factor at the OVC Outdoor Track and Field Championships as he scored points with a second-place finish in the steeplechase (9:28.02) and a fourth-place finish in the 5,000 meters (15:16.74) … following only his second meet ever as a Colonel, he was named the OVC Male Track Athlete of the Week after winning the 1,500 meters (3:55.04) and the 800 meters (1:56.52) at the Centre Invitational … posted a personal-best time of 14:06.87 in the 5,000 meters at the prestigious Penn Relays … also notched personal-best times of 3:53.26 in the 1,500 meters and 1:55.02 in the 800 meters during the outdoor season.
