2011: Earned bronze in the mile at the OVC Indoor Track and Field Championships with a time of 4:19.06, and took fifth in the 800 meters at the indoor championships with a time of 1:56.58 … also took bronze in the 800 meters at the OVC outdoor championships with a time of 1:56.15 … sped to personal bests in the indoor 800 meters (1:53.88) at the Indiana Polytan Invitational and the indoor mile (4:09.60) at the Notre Dame Alex Wilson Invitational.

2010: EKU’s second-best runner for much of the cross country season … runner-up to teammate Soufiane Bouchikhi at the OVC Cross Country Championships with an 8K time of 25:19.63 … named first team All-OVC for his efforts … placed 31st out of 231 competitors at the Southeast Region Cross Country Championships with a 10K time of 31:31.7.

Prior to EKU: A transfer from American International College in Springfield, Mass. … was the runner-up at the 2009 NCAA Division II East Regional Cross Country Championships with a 10K time of 31:01 … finished 50th at the 2009 NCAA Division II Cross Country Championships … was the Northeast-10 indoor mile champion … has run personal best times of 3:55.63 in the 1,500 meters, 4:15.00 in the indoor mile and 14:36.45 in the indoor 5,000 meters.
