AS A JUNIOR IN 2008
Appeared in eight games and made three starts … had a 1-1 record with a 6.50 ERA … allowed 13 earned runs on 24 hits in 14 innings of work … struck out eight batters … started against East Tennessee State on February 24, allowing one run on three hits in 3.2 innings … had scoreless relief appearances against No. 22 Washington on March 7 and Miami (Ohio) on April 1 … did not allow a hit and struck out one batter against the top-25 ranked Huskies.

AS A SOPHOMORE IN 2007 (at Golden West Junior College)
Posted a 21-13 record with a 1.35 ERA ... struck out 170 batters in 231.2 innings of work … earned first team all-conference recognition and was an all-tournament selection.

AS A FRESHMAN IN 2006 (at Golden West Junior College)
Earned second team all-conference honors as a freshman (2006) and a spot on the all-tournament team.

Earned three letters and played four seasons at John F. Kennedy High School in La Palma, Calif. ... selected as the team’s Most Inspirational Player in 2005 ... selected to the 2005 Riverside County All-Star team.
