Vernon High School … had a .521 batting average, 13 homeruns and a 1.42 earned run average on her way to earning second team all-state honors during her junior season … also selected to the Indiana Softball Super Team and the All-East team … also selected to the all-conference squad and as the team’s offensive and defensive MVP … as a freshman and a sophomore she earned all-conference honors.
