AS A SENIOR IN 2019
Tossed 10 and one-third innings on the year … went 3-0 on the year with a 2.03 ERA … tossed two innings allowing one run in the win against Canisius (March 17).
 
AS A JUNIOR IN 2018
Tossed 30.2 innings during her junior campaign with three saves … struck out a career-high 13 batters … earned a 1.83 ERA.
 
AS A SOPHOMORE IN 2017
Pitched 30.2 innings during her sophomore campaign … notched a 3-0 win loss record … struck out 12 batters … tossed 4.34 ERA.
 
AS A FRESHMAN IN 2016
Earned two starts and seven appearances in her first season … posted a 1-0 record … picked up her first career win in 11-1 rout of Howard (Feb. 27), tossing three innings and striking out one batter … held opponents to .231 on the season, finishing with 14 innings on the mound and five strikeouts … named to the OVC Commissioner’s Honor Roll.
 
HIGH SCHOOL
Was starting varsity pitcher for The Woodlands College Park High School since her freshman season … earned all-county, all-district and team MVP accolades throughout her prep career … also played on the Cy-Fair Intruders Gold travel squad.
 
PERSONAL
Daughter of Jane and Ken Hutchens ... has one brother, Shelby Hutchens (23) ... chose EKU because it's a small division I university out of the state of Texas, the teacher to student ratio is great and the communications department is well known ... she also loved the coaching staff and felt like it was a family/team unit all working to win a conference title ... majoring in Public Relations.
