2014-15:
Cross Country – Finished 42nd out of 253 competitors at the NCAA Championships in Terre Haute, Indiana, missing All-America honors by just two spots … clocked a 6K time of 20:48.0 at the national championships … became only the second EKU woman and seventh OVC woman ever to qualify for the NCAAs after she received an at-large bid for a 16th place finish at the NCAA Southeast Regional … covered the 6K regional course in a season-best time of 20:43.8 to earn All-Southeast Region honors for the first time in her decorated career … named the OVC Female Cross Country Athlete of the Year for the third consecutive year … won her first individual OVC cross country title on Nov. 1, edging Belmont’s Hannah Wittman with a 5K time of 17:04.73 … her performance led the EKU women to their eighth conference crown in the last nine years … recorded a season-best 5K time of 16:58.30 at the Bluegrass Invitational on Sept. 13 … was one of six student-athletes to receive the prestigious OVC Scholar-Athlete Award for 2014-15, given annually to three men and three women student-athletes of junior or senior status for their accomplishments in both the classroom and athletic arena, and because of their leadership qualities … was also named to the USTFCCCA All-Academic Team.
Track and Field – Voted the OVC Indoor Female Track Athlete of the Year … won both the 3,00 meters (9:53.42) and 5,000 meters (16:03.77) at the OVC Indoor Championships … her 5K time at OVC Indoors broke the EKU record and just missed qualifying for the NCAA Indoor Championships … ran the fastest 5,000 meters (16:03.77), 3,000 meters (9:29.25 at the Rod McCravy Memorial on Jan. 23) and second-fastest mile (4:54.21 at the Kentucky Invitational on Jan. 16) in the OVC during the indoor season … will redshirt the outdoor season.
2013-14:
Cross Country – Named the OVC Female Cross Country Runner of the Year for the second straight year after leading the EKU women to a No. 7 ranking in the NCAA Southeast Region during the regular season … was named OVC Runner of the Week three times during the fall, after taking second place at the Kentucky Bluegrass Invitational, placing fifth at the UVA Panorama Farms Invite and winning the Greater Louisville Classic, where she ran the fastest 5K time in the OVC (16:51.39) … suffered an injury that prevented her from running at the OVC Championships and hindered her greatly at the NCAA Southeast Region Championships … was named the University Women's Track and Field Athlete of the Year and the Kentucky Association of the USATF Cross Country Runner of the Year by the Kentucky Track and Cross Country Coaches Association in January.
Track and Field – Broke EKU's 36-year old outdoor 5,000 meters record with a personal and OVC-best time of 16:03.87 at the Stanford Invitational on April 4 … entered the NCAA East Region Preliminary Championships at No. 15 in the 5,000 meters with that time … voted the OVC Outdoor Female Track Athlete of the Year … won the 5,000 meters (16:44.77) and 1,500 meters (4:29.29) at the OVC Outdoor Championships … voted a Capital One second team Academic All-American by members of the College Sports Information Directors of America (CoSIDA).
2012-13:
Cross Country – Named the OVC Female Cross Country Runner of the Year after posting the top 5K (17:37.26) and 6K (21:26.10) times in the conference during the regular season … earned first team All-OVC honors after finishing sixth at the OVC Championships with a time of 17:33.51, helping lead the EKU women to their sixth conference crown in the last seven years … finished 28th out of 255 competitors at the NCAA Southeast Region Championships in Charlotte, covering the 6K course in a time of 21:24.47 … was named the OVC Female Runner of the Week twice during the fall after running the top 5K time in the conference at the Greater Louisville Classic and the top 6K time in the conference at the NCAA Pre-Nationals.
Track and Field – Named a second team All-American in the 5,000 meters after finishing ninth in that event at the NCAA Outdoor Championships in Eugene, Ore. with a personal-best time of 16:06.11 … finished one spot out of first team All-America honors … her time of 16:06.11 is the second-fastest in school history … won the 5,000 meters at the OVC Outdoor Championships with a time of 17:01.67, her sixth career individual conference title … was named the Female MVP of the OVC Indoor Championships after winning three golds at that event … she served as the anchor on EKU’s winning distance medley relay team (12:00.38), outpaced the field in the mile with a time of 4:52.39 and then capped her weekend by winning the 3,000 meters in 9:53.83 … named the OVC Female Runner of the Week twice during the track and field season, once for running a 9:39.29 3,000 meters at the Kentucky Invitational on Jan. 12 and again for clocking a 16:06.98 5,000 meters at the Stanford Invitational on March 30 … later topped her 3,000 meters time at the Notre Dame Alex Wilson Invitational, winning that race with a personal-best time of 9:24.78 (three seconds off Lydia Kosgei’s school record).
2011-12:
Cross Country - Came on strong at the end of the fall, finishing ninth at the OVC Cross Country Championships in a 5K time of 18:37.81 to earn second team All-OVC honors … then finished second on the team and 92nd overall at the Southeast Region Championships with a 6K time of 22:16.6 … turned in a season-best 5K performance when she finished 92nd with a time of 18:25.31 at the Greater Louisville Classic.
Track and Field - won conference titles in the indoor and outdoor 5,000 meters … won the 5,000 meters at the OVC Indoor Track and Field Championships with a time of 17:35.22 and then won the 5,000 meters at the OVC Outdoor Championships with a time of 18:15.08 … ran a personal-best time of 17:21.94 in the 5,000 meters at the Raleigh Relays in March … won the 800 meters at the EKU Open in April with a personal-best time of 2:13.78.
High School Accomplishments: Won the 3,200 meters at the 2011 Kentucky State Track and Field Meet ... also a member of the 2011 state champion 4x800 meter relay team ... was the runner-up at the 2011 Kentucky State Cross Country Meet ... named all-state and academic all-state from 2007-11.
