Cross Country – Named second team All-OVC after finishing eighth at the OVC Championships with a 5K time of 17:43.81 … helped the EKU women with their eighth conference title in the last nine years … placed fifth on the team and 64^th overall at the NCAA Southeast Region Championships with a 6K time of 21:37.19 … her performance helped the women’s team finish seventh at the meet, its highest regional finish in at least the last 10 years … ran a season-best 5K time of 17:29.30 at the season-opening Bluegrass Invitational on Sept. 13.
Track and Field – placed fourth in the 5,000 meters at the OVC Indoor Championships with a personal-best time of 16:59.51 … also set PRs during the indoor season in the mile (5:11.52 / MTSU Invitational) and 3,000 meters (10:00/.98 / Hoosier Hills Invitational) ... scored a point in the 5,000 meters at the OVC Outdoor Championships with a time of 17:41.28.

2013-14:
Cross Country – Earned first team All-OVC honors after placing fourth at the OVC Championships with a 18:00.96 … her performance helped lead the EKU women to their second consecutive conference title … went on to finish 119^th at the NCAA Southeast Region Championships …posted her best 5K of the fall at the season-opening Bluegrass Invitational, where she placed fourth in 17:12.51.
Track and Field – Took silver in the 5,000 meters at the OVC Outdoor Championships (17:29.79) … posted a new PR in the 5,000 meters with a 17:14.76 at the Bellarmine Invitational on April 4 … clocked a 4:44.46 in the 1,500 meters at the Tennessee Relays on April 10 … earned silver in the 3,000 meters at the OVC Indoor Championships with a time of 10:15.04 … ran a PR in the 3,000 meters (10:06.32) at the Indiana Hoosier Hills Invite on Feb. 14.

2012-13:
Cross Country – Delivered her best performance of the season at the right time, finishing fifth on the team and 17th overall with a 5K time of 18:08.10 at the OVC Championships to help the EKU women capture their sixth conference title in the last seven years … ran her best 6K time of the season two weeks later at the NCAA Southeast Region Championships, finishing 152nd overall in 23:09.46.
Track and Field – Took silver in the 5,000 meters at the OVC Outdoor Track and Field Championships, finishing second only to Ann Eason with a time of 17:31.63 … ran a PR in the 5,000 meters earlier in the outdoor season, logging a time of 17:26.06 at the Jesse Owens Classic on April 19 … saved her best performance of the winter for the OVC Indoor Championships, finishing fifth in the 3,000 meters with a personal-best time of 10:12.47 and fifth in the 5,000 meters with a time of 17:44.43.

High School Accomplishments: Finished second in the 1,600 metes and 800 meters at the Kentucky State Track and Field Championships in 2012 ... finished 10th at the Kentucky State Cross Country Championships in 2011. Personal records include 2:22.62 in the 800 meters, 5:14.85 in the mile and 11:45.85 in the 3,200 meters.
