2025-26
Cross Country – Earned All-America honors after finishing 21^st out of 259 competitors at the NCAA Cross Country Championships … that was the best finish by an EKU runner at the NCAA Championships since 2018 … the performance helped vault EKU to a ninth place finish, the best national finish in program history … finished sixth at the NCAA Southeast Region Championships … was the individual runner-up at the ASUN Cross Country Championships, helping lead EKU to its fourth consecutive team title … ran a season-best 8K time of 23:08.5 at the Gans Creek Invitational on Sept. 26.
Indoor – Took silver in the 5,000 meters at the ASUN Indoor Championships … also scored points with a fourth place finish in the 3,000 meters at ASUN Indoors, clocking a personal-best time of 8:05.60 … ran a season-best 5K time of 13:58.80 in Boston in December.
Outdoor – Earned bronze in the 5,000 meters at the ASUN Outdoor Championships … won the 5K at Kentucky’s Jim Green Invite on May 2 (14:08.34) … ran a season-best 10K time of 30:00.32 at the Raleigh Relays in March.
