2009: Recorded two third-place finishes at the OVC Indoor Track and Field Championships, one in the 3,000 meters (8:38.59) and the other in the 5,000 meters (15:18.78) … displayed his versatility with a third-place finish in the 3,000 meter-steeplechase at the OVC Outdoor Track and Field Championships, logging a time of 9:29.59 … also finished fourth in the 5,000 meters at the outdoor championships with a time of 14:56.43 … won the 5,000 meters at the EKU Open (14:58.27) and the Centre Invitational (15:14.74).
