Cross Country - Competed in three races
Indoor - Ran a personal best in the 3,000m at the PNC Bank Bellarmine Classic in a time of 9:04.18.
Outdoor - Ran a personal best time of 15:42.45 in the 5K at the Jim Green Invitational
2023-24
Cross Country – Clocked a personal-best 5K time of 16:44.0 at the EKU tri-meet… posted a personal-best 8K time of 26:37.9 at the Live in Lou Classic.
Track and Field - Finished 11th place in the 3000 at the Commonwealth College Opener...Set a new personal-best in the 3000 with a time of 9:06.14 at the Bellarmine Open.
Prior to EKU:Â Finished 9
th at the 2022 KHSAA 3A State Cross Country Championships. Personal bests include 4:21.09 for mile run and 9:33.21 for 3200m run.
