Cross Country – Voted OVC Male Cross Country Freshman of the Year … named first team All-OVC after finishing fourth overall at the OVC Championships with an 8K time of 24:55.7 … his performance helped the Colonels capture their 14^th straight conference crown … placed fourth on the team and 66^th overall at the NCAA Southeast Regional in November with a 10K time of 31:38.2 … finished second on the team with a season-best 8K time of 24:12.01 at the Joe Piane Notre Dame Invitational in October.

2018-19
Track and Field - Arrived at EKU in January and made an immediate impact ... scored points with a fifth-place finish in the 5,000 meters at the OVC Indoor Championships (14:52) ... just missed on more points in the 3,000 meters, placing ninth with a time of 8:38.86 ... ran personal-best times of 14:21.46 in the 5,000 meters, 8:38.43 in the 3,000 meters and 4:17.70 in the mile during the indoor season ... did not compete during the outdoor season.
