Cross Country – Named OVC Cross Country Runner of the Week after winning the RedHawk Rumble in September with a season-best 8K time of 24:27.5 … finished 21^st at the OVC Championships with an 8K time of 25:38.5.
Track and Field – Ran a season-best time of 8:49.89 in the 3,000 meters at the Marshall Invitational in February.


2018-19
Cross Country – Placed 15^th at the OVC Championships with an 8K time of 24:58.4 … was fourth on the team at the Nuttycombe Wisconsin Invitational in late September, clocking a season-best 8K time of 24:40.1.
Track and Field – Scored points with a seventh-place finish in the 10,000 meters at the OVC Outdoor Championships (31:36.5) … also placed 10^th in the 5K at OVC Outdoors (15:03.5).


2017-18
Cross Country – Finished 15^th at the OVC Championships with an 8K time of 24:46.2 … took 11^th at the Bluegrass Invitational with a season-best 8K time of 24:21.0.
Track and Field – Won silver in the 10,000 meters at the OVC Outdoor Championships on May 10, clocking a personal-best time of 31:16.5 … followed that up by taking bronze in the 5,000 meters on May 12 (15:25.9) … scored points with a sixth-place finish in the 5,000 meters at the OVC Indoor Championships in February (15:10.1) … clocked a personal-best time of 4:22.6 in the mile at the Thundering Herd Invitational on January 26.


2016-17:
Cross Country – Won his first-ever collegiate race, cruising to victory over 64 competitors at the season-opening Eagle Opener on September 2 … earned second team All-OVC honors after finishing 13^th at the OVC Championships with an 8K time of 25:36.6 … helped the EKU men win their 11^th consecutive OVC title … placed eighth at the Bluegrass Invitational on September 10 with a season-best 8K time of 24:50.9
Track and Field – Scored points with a fifth-place finish in the 10,000 meters at the OVC Outdoor Championships in May, clocking a time of 31:52.5 … also scored points at the OVC Indoor Championships in February, taking sixth in the 5,000 meters in a time of 14:43.9 … ran a PR of 14:38.9 in the 5,000 meters at Marshall’s Thundering Herd Invitational in January.
