Cross Country – Won the 4K race clocking a time of 14:32.00 at the EKU tri-meet… posted a career-best 5K time of 17:24.10 at the ASUN Cross Country Championships finishing in 16^th place… clocked a 6K time of 21:36.70 at the NCAA Southeast Regional.
Track and Field – Posted a 3,000m time of 9:58.13 earning an eighth-place finish at the PNC Lenny Lyles Invitational… finished in ninth place with a 5,000m time of 17:27.47 at the ASUN Indoor Track and Field Championships… won the 5,000m at the Don McGarey Invitational… clocked a personal-best 10,000-meter time of 36:07.39 at the Flames Invitational… posted a career-best 5,000m time of 16:59.72 at the Rick Erdmann Twilight… finished in seventh place in the 10,000m at the ASUN Outdoor Track & Field Championships.

2021-22
Cross Country – Ran a career-best 5K time of 17:54.6 at the ASUN Cross Country Championships finishing 19^th overall… had her personal-best 6K time of 21:48.8 at the NCAA Southeast Regional.
Track and Field – Finished 10^th overall with a 3,000m time of 9:59.69 at the Jim Green Track & Field Invitational… posted a career-best mile time of 5:01.05 at the PNC Lenny Lyles Invitational… ran a personal-best 3,000m time of 9:45.21 earning a fourth-place finish at the Music City Challenge… clocked a career-best 1,500m time of 4:36.77 at the Duke Invitational… took 11^th in the 5,000m at the ASUN Outdoor Track & Field Championships with a time of 17:48.78.

2020-21
Cross Country – Ran 22:38.3 for 6K at the FSU Winter XC Classic in Tallahassee in early February, but did not race again the rest of the season due to injury.
Track and Field – Ran 10:29.5 in the 3K in January, but did not race again due to injury.


2019-20
Cross Country – Named second team All-OVC after finishing third on the team and ninth overall at the OVC Championships … clocked a 5K time of 18:14.2 at the OVC Championships … her performance helped the Colonels win their eighth straight conference title … finished third on the team and 102^nd overall at the NCAA Southeast Regional, clocking a 6K time of 22:14.6 … ran a season-best 5K time of 18:06.83 at the Joe Piane Notre Dame Invitational in early October.
Track and Field – Helped the EKU women score points with a fourth-place finish in the distance medley relay at the OVC Indoor Championships (12:11.63) … took 13^th in the mile at OVC indoors with a time of 5:09.69.


Prior to EKU: Ran sub-5:00 in the mile at Centerville High School in Ohio.

Qualifying for the Nike Cross Country Nationals in 2015.

Buy a house in a beautiful location and donate some money.

I can pogo stick for a long period of time.
