2025-26
Indoor - Opened the season with a personal best in the mile with a time of 5:15.77 finishing second at the College Meet Opener in December.

2024-25
Cross Country – Competed in the 5K at the ASUN Championships (18:33.8) … placed 17th in the 4K at the EKU tri-meet (15:39.4).
Indoor – Won the 600 at the Centre Invitational (1:38.99) … placed 3rd in the DMR at the ASUN Championships (11:43.08). 
Outdoor – Ran a personal best in the 800 at the Raleigh Relays (2:08.45) … placed 2nd in the 1500 at the EKU Spring Invitational (4:35.80) … finished 4th in the 800 at the ASUN Championships (2:10.51).


2023-24
Cross Country – Finished in 9^th place at the EKU tri-meet with a personal-best 4K time of 15:12.0… posted a personal-best 6K time of 22:37.6 at the NCAA Southeast Regional.
Track and Field - Finished 2nd and set a personal-best of 2:56.85 in the 1000 at the Commonwealth College Opener...Finished 3rd in the 800 and the 4x400 at the Bellarmine Open with times of 2:16.60 and 4:03.42...Set a new personal-best in the 400 at the EKU Spring Invitational with a time of 59.54 to finish 7th...Also finished 1st in the 4x400 at the EKU Spring Invitational...Finished 6th with a new personal best of 2:08.94 in the 800 at the ASUN Outdoor Championships...Finished 1st in the 800 at the Rick Erdmann Twilight with a 2:10.18.
 
2022-23
Cross Country – Clocked a personal-best 4K time of 15:36.00 at the EKU tri-meet… posted a career-best 5K time of 18:22.60 at the North Alabama Showcase.
Track and Field – Posted a personal-best 800m time of 2:13.90 at the PNC Lenny Lyles Invitational… won the 1,500m at the Don McGarey Invitational with a time of 4:39.53… clocked a personal-best 400m time of 59.58 at the Don McGarey Invitational… finished in seventh place with an 800m time of 2:14.85 at the Rick Erdmann Twilight… finished in fourth place with a 1,500m time of 4:36 at the Jim Green Invitational… ran personal-best times in the 800m (2:11.77) and the 1,500m (4:34.34) at the ASUN Outdoor Track & Field Championships.
