Cross Country – Clocked a personal-best 8K time of 24:36.4 at the Virginia Invitational… finished in 19^th place at the ASUN Cross Country Championships with an 8K time of 25:10.2.
Track and Field - Finished 1st place in the 3000 at the Commonwealth College Opener with a time of 8:12.43...Finished 4th and set a new personal-best in the 5000 at the ASUN Indoor Championships...Finished 1st and set a new personal-best in the 1500 at the EKU Spring Invitational...Individual ASUN champion in the 3000 Steeplechase with a time of 8:50.81 at the ASUN Outdoor Championships.

Prior to EKU:  Transfer from the University of Birmingham.  Winner of the 2023 BUCS Championships in the 3000m Steeplechase.  4^th place finisher at the 2023 British Athletics Championships in the 3000m Steeplechase.  Personal bests include 3:46.30 for 1500m, 8:08.74 for 3000m, 8:55.59 for 3000m Steeplechase and 14:29.26 for 5000m.
