Indoor - Helped EKU set an ASUN Indoor Championship record in the DMR at 9:43.69, and took second in the mile at the championships.
Outdoor - Took eighth at the Raleigh Relays in the 1,500m with PR of 3:41.02.

2024-25
Cross Country – Competed in two races … set a personal best in the 8K at the Wisconsin Pre-Nationals (24:32.3)
Indoor – Competed in six races … won the mile at the ASUN Championships with a personal best (4:04.32).
Outdoor – Competed in seven races … placed 1st in the 3000S at the Raleigh Relays (8:33.56) … runner-up in the 3000S at the NCAA Division I Outdoor Championships (8:30.65) … set a personal best in the 5000 at the ASUN Championships.

2023-24
Cross Country – Ran a personal-best 8K of 24:36.4 at the Virginia Invitational … finished 19th at the ASUN Championships (25:10.2).
Indoor – Won the 3000 at the Commonwealth Opener (8:12.43) … placed 4th in the 5000 at the ASUN Championships.
Outdoor – Won the 1500 at the EKU Spring Invitational … ASUN outdoor 3000S champion (8:50.81).
