2020-21
Cross Country – Won the individual OVC cross country title in March, earning an automatic bid to the NCAA Cross Country Championships … became only the fourth EKU woman ever to compete at the NCAA Championships as an individual.
Track and Field – Broke the EKU 3,000-meter steeplechase record with her personal-best time of 10:22.0 at Ole Miss in April … took silver in the steeplechase at the OVC Outdoor Championships in May, clocking a time of 10:26.5 … qualified for the NCAA East Preliminary Rounds in the steeplechase.
 

2019-20
Cross Country – Named second team All-OVC after finishing second on the team and eighth overall at the OVC Championships with a 5K time of 18:11.8 … her performance helped lead the Colonels to their eighth straight conference title … placed second on the team and 56^th overall at the NCAA Southeast Regional in November, clocking a personal-best 6K time of 21:30.4 … ran a season-best 5K time of 17:32.6 at the Joe Piane Notre Dame Invitational in October.
Track and Field – Scored points in three different events at the OVC Indoor Championships … took fourth in the mile with a personal-best time of 4:56.84 … finished eighth in the 5,000 meters with a personal-best time of 17:31.95 … also placed eighth in the 3,000 meters in a time of 9:57.81 … ran a PB of 9:53.25 in the 3,000 meters at the Hoosier Hills Invite earlier in February.


Prior to EKU: Represented Portugal at the U20 European Cross Country Championships and raced the steeplechase at the U23 European Track Championships.
