Cross Country - Finished 12th at the ASUN Conference championships in a time of 23:45.1, helping EKU to its fourth straight conference title ... Ran a time of 30:03.9 at the NCAA Championships helping EKU finish 9th as a team, the best finish in program history.

2024-25
Cross Country – Competed in five races … placed 6th at the ASUN Championships (23:55.2) … ran a personal best in the 8K at the Wisconsin Pre-Nationals (23:50.6). 
Indoor – Competed in five races … placed 2nd in the mile with a personal best at the PNC Bank Bellarmine Classic (4:17.24) … finished 3rd in the 5000 at the ASUN Championships (14:03.89).
Outdoor – Competed in five races … placed 3rd in the 5000 at the ASUN Championships (14:35.49) … ran a personal best in the 10,000 at the Raleigh Relays (28:50.09).
