Cross Country – Clocked a personal-best 8K time of 23:59.6 at the Virginia Invitational… ran an 8K time of 24:02.8 at the Nuttycombe Invitational… posted a personal-best 10K time of 29:20.3 to finish in 11^th place at the NCAA Southeast Regional.
Track and Field - Finished 3rd place and clocked a personal-best of 8:04.66 in the 3000 at the PNC Lenny Lyles Invite...Set a new personal-best in the 10,000 at the Stanford Invitation with a time of 28:29.56...2nd place finisher in the 5000 at the ASUN Outdoor Championships with a time of 14:20.92.

Prior to EKU:  Transfer from Boise State University.  Finished 53^rd in the 2022 NCAA Division I West Region Cross Country Championships.  Winner of the 10,000m at the 2023 Oregon Preview.  Personal bests include 3:47.99 for 1500m, 8:10.49 for 3000m, 13:55.36 for 5000m and 28:51.72 for 10,000m.
