2017-18: Was a member of EKU’s gold medal winning distance medley relay team at the OVC Indoor Championships in February … also scored points as a member of the Colonels’ 4x400 meter relay team (seventh) … ran a personal-best 58.08 in the 400 meters at the Kentucky Relays in early May … ran a leg of EKU’s seventh-place 4x400 meter relay team at the OVC Outdoor Championships one week later.
2016-17: Helped EKU score points at the OVC Outdoor Championships as a member of the 4x400-meter relay team, which finished sixth (3:57.6) … clocked a season-best 59.53 in the 400 meters at the Centre Twilight in April … ran on EKU’s eighth-place 4x400-meter relay team at the OVC Indoor Championships in February.Â
2015-16: Took fifth place in the 400 meters at the Middle Tennessee State Invitational in February, clocking a personal-best time of 59.06 ... ran a PR of 26.06 in the 200 meters at the Lenny Lyles/Clark Wood Invitational in Louisville during the outdoor season.
Prior to EKU: KHSAA state record holder in the 400 meters (56.9) while competing at Bishop Brossart High School.
